I downloaded the free app for SoftPerfect Print Inspector. I downloaded this to my computer using Windows 10. It was a very simple and easy program to download. Once downloaded i set up the notifications, this really is so helpful when you are printing a large amount of documents from your printer.
Another great thing this software can do is remember information from your printed documents, i have never seen this before and it is so helpful with my day to day printing at work.
If you have any problems this software also has a really good reporting tool so that you can overcome any problems. Overall this is a great program to use with many hidden extras to make your life just that little bit easier every day!
