With more and more employees in the IT domain of the workforce being either forced or allowed to work from home more of the week, it was only a matter of time before employee activity monitoring became a major area of focus for businesses keen to understand how productive their employees really are, particularly when working from home. StaffCop software belongs in this UAM class of software, monitoring such aspects as employee activity on a company computer, websites visited, applications used, how active the user is at their workstation, and detecting when external devices such as USB sticks are attached to the computer. There is a fine line between draconian control of user activity and user monitoring; StaffCop aims to stay on the safe and sane, monitoring side of the debate by performing discreet and nonintrusive oversight, keep company assets safe, and help both employee and employer work effectively offsite.
The pandemic evolved the work at home, companies built their work at the home nucleus. This program helps the employer in several aspects, necessary to be able to have control. It monitors employee productivity, based on: *Monitoring of the activity. *Analysis of the user's behavior. *Detects possible threats in the network. This program is paid, although it offers a 15-day trial, enough to check its effectiveness.
