Stay On Top
Stay On Top is a small, easy-to-use freeware program by Mike "Moose" O'Malley designed to help users keep any window on top of other windows. It displays a list of all running programs and their individual component windows, and a double click on an entry makes that window always stay on top. The list can be sorted by window ID or by window name / title, and a status line shows how many windows were found.
Stay On Top keeps a chosen window visible above all others with a double click, so a reference or monitoring window never gets buried.
Features:
-Quick and easy window management
-List of all program windows and their component windows
-Keep any window on top of other windows
-Sort the list by window ID or by window name / title
-Refresh Window List button to pick up newly opened windows

-Ability to keep any window on top while using other applications

-Runs without a setup program and does not modify the registry
Stay On Top is a handy solution for users who need to keep certain windows in front of all other windows, for example a chat, a calculator, a media player or a monitoring tool. It can also help with unfriendly or badly written programs whose windows keep disappearing behind others. The program was written for Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000 and XP; the last version, 1.0f, dates from 2007, and it still runs on Windows 10. It is freeware: anyone can use it at no cost, and the author accepts optional PayPal donations.
