This product allows you to create music and other sounds with the ability to record it and master it. It has a lot of features that make it one of the best DAW's in the market but below are a few of the important and most useful ones.

Features:

  • One of the best new features is the chord selector and harmonic mixing system. It allows you so see the chords of the section of the track that you choose. You can click, drag, and move the chord anywhere you want in your track and it updates the chord for that specific part of your track.
  • Pattern Editor is another great feature that provides the easiest and fastest way to create new drum patterns. It also allows users to make pattern based songs with various loop lengths.
  • It also has a feature called Impact Xt that shows you a grid of pads and will load the chosen pad and play it independently. Each pad allows you to easily control the pitch, amplifier, and filter with multiple stereos and mono outputs for each pad.
  • My favorite feature is Sample One Xt that is a sampler tool that allows you to drag your samples onto a track, make it unique by using the grid, then put it all together. You can also change the settings for your samples at the same time or individually.

In conclusion, Studio One has made some huge improvements since its original launch, and every version comes with a positive surprise and makes it easier to lay a track or sound. Its features are what every pro is looking for and allows you to explore so many more music-making options. If you are looking for a digital audio workstation that allows you to mix and master like a pro, this one is for you.

The interface is easy to use with the ability to drag and drop and auto route sounds and samples to create a track.
  • The windows version must be run with Windows 7 or higher and the PC needs to have an Intel Core 2 Duo or higher.
  • 2GB or more of RAM is recommended and at least 8GB of free hard-drive space.
