Timesheet Link from Big Red Consulting is an add-in for Microsoft Excel that lets businesses record the working time of employees and vendors in Excel timesheets and then import it into QuickBooks. This saves retyping hours into QuickBooks and reduces errors in payroll and job costing.

Timesheet templates can be customised, time is entered as hours or as start and stop times, and timesheets can be created in batches for every employee. Pick lists for customers, jobs and service items come from the QuickBooks company file. Overtime and double time are calculated automatically from daily and weekly limits, and data is checked for errors before import. A trial is available.
