Transitions DJ

Transitions DJ Software

Transitions DJ Software is a DJ mixing application by Apollo Vibes for Windows, Mac, Chromebook and the web browser. It provides users with a set of features for mixing and manipulating audio, allowing them to create dynamic and professional sounding DJ sets from SoundCloud tracks or their own music collection.

Transitions DJ Software comes with two decks, a crossfader, tempo sliders and a 3-band EQ with kill switches, plus a library panel that lists SoundCloud genres and playlists next to local files and the iTunes library. The software also includes live looping, BPM and bar detection, tempo sync, key lock and cue points. Waveforms are colored by sound frequency and can be zoomed, and a beat grid marks beats, bars and phrases such as verse and chorus.

The free version covers mixing and recording, while the Pro in-app upgrade adds audio effects such as echo and flanger, headphone pre-cueing and support for DJ MIDI controllers, with mappings for more than 70 controllers included. Mixes can be recorded to WAV, FLAC or OGG files, allowing users to share them with friends or post them online.

Transitions DJ allows DJs to quickly and easily mix songs together, creating seamless transitions for a professional sound.
