VideoInspector is a small program that displays detailed information about the video file. It can be used to view information about the video codec that compressed the file, audio codec, resolution, bitrate, number of frames per second, etc.

VideoInspector can integrate into Windows Explorer, which allows you to run the program directly from the context menu of the file. It is also possible to quickly navigate to a web page to download the missing codec.

Great tool for video which lets the user view useful diagnostic and other information about video files and the resources available on their system for playing these. This software makes it easy to find which codecs are required to play a particular file, and check which codecs are locally available. Other useful information such as video bitrate, frame rate and resolution, together with similar information for the audio stream can be viewed.

The Bitrate Grapher, the richness of the File integrity check and support of AVI, Matroska, MPEG1, MPEG2, QuickTime is a plus.
