WebDrive is a program that combines the functions of a file manager and an FTP client. To edit a file located on the server, WebDrive users do not need to run the FTP client or download the file to a computer. WebDrive allows you to work with server content as you would a normal hard drive. The WebDrive user can navigate through the file structure of the server from any program window. To edit a file located on the server, you just need to open it in the editor (for example, in Notepad). After the file is saved, it will be automatically updated on the server. In addition to FTP, the program can work with Amazon S3, WebDAV and SFTP protocols. Secure connection (SSL) is supported, files can be searched on the server, MD4/MD5 passwords can be encrypted, files can be cached, and proxy and SOCKS 5 can be used.
WebDrive enables seamless editing and updating of server-based files without separate FTP client or file downloads.
