WinISO

WinISO can open most CD-ROM image files, including ISO and BIN. With this application, you can add, delete, rename and extract files within the image files, among other features.

You can transform image files to the standard ISO format, and you can create ISO image files from a CD-ROM.

Open an image in the application and you can add, remove, rename and extract files easily within it. It handles ISO, CUE/BIN, NRG, MDS/MDF and CCD/IMG images with ISO 9660, UDF and HFS+ file systems.

WinISO displays the file tree of an image and can mount it as a virtual drive, which is useful for viewing files or running programs from it. Because of its file associations, you can simply double-click an ISO file in Windows Explorer to open it.
