ACID Music Studio is a Digital Audio Workstation used to create musical compositions. It is the entry-level edition of the ACID family, first developed by Sonic Foundry, then by Sony Creative Software and later by MAGIX. Loop-based compositions are built by placing loops on the timeline, and ACID automatically matches their tempo and key to the project. Musicians can use the software to record, arrange and mix their own songs.
