Documentation is really good and a brief help screen is usually conveniently found at the bottom of the main window. Good error reporting feature if software happens to crash.Tons of features to process your MIDI file in whatever way you wish.Good program, does everything it's supposed to. sometimes a bit hard to figure out how to do simple operations, but that is the case with any complex software
