This game has amazing graphics. With bright colors and animation did beautifully. This is best suited for children. It has a great cartoon look and easy for the younger generation to learn. Navigating through the app isn't difficult. Once you get past the training at the beginning, it opens up more options for play.
This is a card-based game in which you choose different cards to fight the AI or other players. You can upgrade your cards to make them more powerful, increase health, and level. Each card has an elixir cost, and during the battle, you have to wait for your elixir to fill up before you can use any of your cards. Training lasts for five battles, only playing against the AI. After you complete training, you can battle other players. You do earn chests after each battle won, which gives you gold coins and cards. These are needed to upgrade other cards in your deck.
Once you complete training, you unlock clan features. Clans get to chat and request cards with each other. Plus, you are able to join in 2v2 battles and clan wars, but let's not forget about the friendly battles between clan members to hone your skills. After completing the training, the chest goes from 5 seconds to open to 90 mins; also, there is a way to earn trophies, and once you get so many trophies, you unlock other in-game items and the leagues.
There is a tab for adding your friends and friends you make in-game. Connect with Facebook and join friends in battles.
There is an in-app purchase area, which doesn't unlock till arena 1 is opened. Once it becomes available to you, you can speed up your progression with making purchases. There is a Pass Royale, which gives you more rewards, compared to the free rewards. The free rewards are pretty disappointing compared to what you get for paying. This could be discouraging to some or make people feel like they have to pay in order to enjoy the game.
The menu has tabs for activity log, leaderboards, training camp, tournaments, settings, and tv royale. This is where you can go to check your progress, join tournaments, change settings, and so on.
I'd give this game a 4 out of 5.
