CoolTerm is a great software for connecting serial devices. It has a nice user interface that is easy to use. The automatic baud rate detection feature is very useful and saved me a lot of time. I especially appreciate the ability to save connection preferences so I don't have to re-enter them every time I want to connect. The option to send and receive data in both ASCII and HEX formats is also very useful. Overall, I'm very satisfied with how CoolTerm works. It's a great tool for anyone who needs to connect serial devices.
