It seems highly suspect to find an emulator, which is already sketchy on it's own, listed on a car website. I wouldn't trust it to be honest. The description says it does a lot of nice things and has nice features but that just seems like bait for someone who doesn't know what they're clicking on. It might be spyware, or adware.
