Dolphin is a Wii, Gamecube and Triforce emulator that lets you play games for these consoles right on your computer. The program has a very simple interface, but it is not recommended for beginners to look into the program settings section. It contains many parameters, the purpose of which will be clear only to advanced users. In general, in order to start a game on Dolphin, you just need to specify the path to its image, all the rest of the program will do yourself. In addition, the games launched on the emulator will be identical to those launched from the console.

The main feature of this program can be called almost complete absence of FPS subsidence during the game. It initially supports the standard controller from Xbox 360, and also allows you to configure the keyboard control. There is of course no support for gadgets like Wiimote. But Dolphin allows you to use cheats and supports so-called amateur images. Included with the program you get a detailed help file that allows you to deal with all its intricacies.

The great thing about the app is that games launched on the emulator and those launched from the console look exactly the same. The detailed instructions which come with the app help users to learn how to use it well. For advanced users the program settings contain quite specific but useful parameters. The app requires at least 2GB of RAM.
