DS4Windows is a PS4 and PS5 controller. It is basically an open-source gamepad input mapper and virtual emulator designed to use and connect the PlayStation controller.

DS4Windows works well with DualShock 3/4 and DualSense 5 in terms of PlayStation controller. It works great on Windows 10 and 11 both. The official website has a list of all supported controllers.

The official website of this application has a dedicated troubleshooting page that comes in handy for almost all kinds of problems a user can face with this application. Also, users can create and save their custom user profiles. This application also has the ability to switch profiles automatically for specific programs.
