Looks clunky to be honest, too many technical details and fine print that I would be reluctant to read. It looks like a good piece of each but I have no way of knowing as the design is not easily accessible. Perhaps adding more colours or a sleeker design might make the product more appealing to your average viewer.

this one is a necessity to me, it has all the image format that i need. as an illustrator, you really want this one. it creates both vector and bitmap graphics as well. one of the features that i really like is that you can customize web graphics and you can export them in just one click into GIFs or JPEGs. it has a really easy user interface. it also requires really low specs so it's good.
