Game Capture HD is a software program that allows you to record your gaming experience and organize real-time gaming broadcasts. It requires an external gripper card from Elgato. If you don't have one, the program will be completely useless. In this case we recommend you to use Action!, Fraps for game recording or Open Broadcaster Software, XSplit for streaming.
In addition to the higher quality "picture" when recording, the capture card provides the ability to work with modern game consoles Xbox, Wii and Playstation. Streaming from consoles and PCs will make Game Capture HD a kind of control centre where you can easily pause and continue broadcasting, resize/locate the camera layer and adjust the HUD (graphics) streaming. Another extremely useful feature of Game Capture HD is the ability to listen to sound from headphones. When using other software solutions of this kind, the Streamer has to ask viewers to evaluate the quality and volume of the sound in a chat room. Other useful features include the ability to assign hotkeys to certain functions, the ability to add chat from the game/streaming service to the screen, and the ability to automatically lower the game volume when a player comments.
Game Capture HD offers high-quality recording and seamless broadcasting, allowing streamers to control and enhance their gaming experience with ease.
You can combine the broadcast and video recording functions to save the entire stream or torque from it as a separate file in the computer's memory.
