Fraps is a small utility for measuring FPS in games, as well as for capturing screenshots and video from them. It works with games that use DirectX or OpenGL graphics. Video can be recorded at resolutions up to 7680x4800 with 1 to 120 frames per second. Fraps runs on CPUs from Pentium 4 onwards (SSE2) and works best with NVIDIA GeForce and AMD Radeon graphics cards.
Fraps allows for real-time video capture and benchmarking from video games, providing detailed performance metrics.
