I recently used the Genotype Calculator software to analyze the genotypic ratio of a cross I had done in my laboratory. The software was easy to use and had a lot of options for different crosses. It was also quick to produce results. I found that it had some limitations in how it displayed data, however, as it only showed the most likely genotypes in the analysis. Additionally, some of the more complex crosses were quite difficult to set up and required a lot of trial and error. All in all, the Genotype Calculator was a useful tool to quickly analyze genotypic ratios.
