GuitarFX is software that allows you to process sound from your electric guitar and apply various effects to it. To connect an electric guitar to a computer, you need a thick-slim jack adapter, which is connected to the line or microphone input of the sound card. GuitarFX is able to apply effects to guitar signals with low latency (up to 11ms)! The program is equipped with such modules as distortion, overdrive, reverb, noise suppressor, flanger, dilea, as well as 8 and 16 band equalizers and various digital filters (LFO, VHF, PF), which help to remove noise from the sound and imitate the speaker simulator. GuitarFX differs from similar programs in that it is easy to create effect chains. Up to 16 effect blocks (different or identical) are used in the effect chain. Imposing effects is not limited to the functionality of the program - you can also record and play WAV files at the same time. The program provides an opportunity to work in stereo mode, which gives a surround live sound. You can process guitar signals in stereo mode at 48 kHz only on relatively powerful computers.
