WARNING: The development of the program has been discontinued, and Disk Drill has replaced it.

Handy Recovery is a small but very powerful tool for recovering deleted files from hard disks and other media.

The program recovers both accidentally deleted files and files that have been deleted as a result of viruses, power failures, software errors, and so on. The program will help to restore files even if the files were deleted without using the Windows Trash, as well as after cleaning it. The program can also recover data after formatting a hard disk, or in case of deleting or changing hard disk partitions. Handy Recovery interface is very similar to Windows Explorer interface. However, in the program window you will see not only existing files, but also deleted files that can be restored to any place on your computer. When viewing deleted files, the probability of restoring a particular file is displayed. An advanced search for files to be recovered is also implemented.

The program supports all popular file systems - FAT12/16/32, NTFS/NTFS 5, and works with compressed and encrypted files. Handy Recovery can also be successfully used for recovery of files from flash drives of any format - CompactFlash, SmartMedia, MultiMedia and Secure Digital and so on. Among the additional features of the program it is worth noting the creation of a full image of the hard disk, which may be necessary for the subsequent recovery of the system.

Aside from the fact that the description says that Handy Recovery has been replaced by "Disk Drill" it seems to good to be true. I don't know how you would recover data that's been removed from the recycle bin. If it is real it seems like a tool for hackers. To be fair so do many unfamiliar pieces of software.
Data loss can happen to anyone, and it is extremely frustrating. These things can actually be prevented for not so much money. Handy Recover has an application named Disk Drill, This is a Windows program, and is compatible with Windows 10. Data including music, images, documents, and more can be recovered quickly easily and completely. If you don't want to loss your data needlessly again, I would invest in this ASAP.
