The truth is that if a computer is connected to the internet, it could be at risk by just doing normal users’ stuff. In the world of technology, new attacks and threats emerge every day and not having a shield to defend your system is putting it at risk. Kaspersky Anti-Virus Software provides top of the notch protection for the whole system. Compatible with different versions of Windows (10, 8, 7), protects the users against ransomware, hackers, remote attacks and many more cyberthreats.

The GUI (Graphic User Interface) of this software is very easy to navigate allowing the user to get familiar with the product quickly without being an Information Technology expert. The software will scan the user’s machine for any existing threats at the moment of the installation and continue protecting the system after against new threats. The system requirements to run this application are bare minimal, pretty much allowing any user to run the application on most of the computers already in the market. The software has different language options to facilitate navigations for users. The languages included in the applications are Spanish, English, and French.

Kaspersky has triple layer protection that works 24/7 to provide security and peace of mind when using the computer. The three layers are Proactive Detection, Real-Time protection, and Instant neutralization. Malware is one of the most annoying threats in my opinion. Not only steal the user’s information but could also slow the system to a crawl making the computer almost useless. This is the type of threat most of the users are infected with, by doing normal internet navigation. The attacker then used the stolen data to target the user's computer with specific threats based on the vulnerabilities gathered.

In a nutshell, Kaspersky provides:

    • Anti-hacking – Monitoring the constant traffic of the network data to stop hackers from breaking into the computer or intercepting the user’s personal data.
    • Anti-Virus – The antivirus focused on common threats like worms and trojan horses and more complex ones like botnets and rootkits.
    • Anti-Malware – Protects against spyware, adware, and keyloggers preventing the loss of personal data.

Anti-Virus, Anti-Malware

  • Proactive Detection - Scan the device and locates vulnerabilities and threats already stored in the system.
  • Real-Time Protection - Block Cyberthreats at the moment the device is attacked preventing further damage to the computer.
  • Instant Neutralization - Quarenite and removes immediate threats on the device the moment the files are downloaded and stored on the computer.
