Polarity

I work at a bank, and I usually work in a lot of team meetings over the internet, and this software has had an impact on how we manage information with my team. We handle large volumes of information, and it's's easy to get lost. Polarity helps us out with these issues by improving our decision-making skills and showing the information that is more relevant to the different tasks at hand. 

The interface is modern and quite easy to use. I like it, and so does my team. Polarity has become the leading software at our company we use it for just about every internal meeting. You can capture different parts of a text by just highlighting the information using one keystroke, which makes comparing notes a whole different process. 

One exciting feature of this software is that it augments your screen and that way you can access important information in real-time, that way you can get lots of contextual and relevant information for the task at hand. Having the right information onscreen is really important as there is a lot of files, books, texts that come in handy but have parts that aren't useful to the task at hand. I feel like this software has increased productivity in the office, we work a lot more efficiently now and with the right amount of information. I thought the augmented reality feature of this product was going to be challenging to use, but it turns out it's quite easy and can turn your job around. 

The collective data feature is important because you can share your work and integrate the memory data with your team in an effective way, the data is easily accessed by anyone on the team, and they can edit and add information they also consider essential to the work at hand. Allowing this kind of access helps you work faster and better and definitely lifts the performance of the group tenfold.

If you work in teams, then this tool is for you, it will save you and your team a lot of time and will help you manage data in a better way. I give this software a rating of 4.5 out of 5.
