Try RealGuitar, it's what you've been looking for! The program is based on samples and uses an innovative way of modeling the game on the instrument, using the keyboard of your computer.
There are three technologies in the program that you will not find in competing products. The first is a special library of six-string guitar chords samples recorded in studio conditions. The second technology, which has a complex name Floating Fret Position, allows you to simulate the position of the hand of the musician on the guitar dial. The third technology - Guitar Touch - can emulate several different guitar playing techniques. MIDI controllers or standard MIDI keyboards are used for this purpose. Besides the above mentioned, we would like to note a special function in the program which uses the built-in library for simple creation of guitar accompaniments.
