Rewind Volume is a small software Tool that helps us to toggle the volume control and to adjust the volume with simple actions. It is required to have a Yahoo Widget Engine Software already installed in our Computer before installing Rewind Volume software. This Tool can be installed on all Windows versions. It can be added quickly to our list of existing yahoo widgets. It sports a clean, small, and simple panel that embeds all audio controls in the main window. There are a few tweaking parameters are hidden under the hood, and they can be accessed by right-clicking on the gadget.

We are allowed to move the widget to the preferred desktop position using drag-and-drop actions, adjust the volume pretty easily, thanks to the built-in slider, We can view the volume percentage displayed in the main window as soon as we move the slider, as well as mute or enable the volume using the dedicated button or performing the action via right-clicks. It also enables us to show or hide the mute button in/from the main panel, and play beep notifications when you alter the volume, this is another important configuration settings worth being mentioned.

Rewind Volume tool carries out our tasks quickly and without errors. It remains light on system resources so we do not have to worry that it affects the overall performance of the computer.

Its worth trying as it is a simple software solution for controlling the volume on our PC.

There is an extra configuration settings which is offered by Yahoo platform which enables us to have the widget on top of other windows, to ignore mouse events, to prevent dragging actions and to set the opacity of the gadget.

I have been using Rewind Volume software for a few months now and I'm really impressed. It is really user friendly and has some great features.
