Software Informer is a client of the foreign service of the same name, which is able to find updates for the programs installed on the computer, as well as download and install them automatically. The key difference from other programs of this kind is the huge software base. Thanks to it Software Informer can automatically update even the most "rare" programs.
The main client window is divided into two sections: "Overview" and "Updates". If we have described the purpose of the second paragraph above, then the first one should be described in more detail. This section is devoted to software news and so-called "distributions". Distributions are defined as the ability to get a free license for paid software for a certain period of time. Daily service "distributes" keys for 2-3 programs and, sometimes, games.
