SysTools OST Recovery

This lauded and popular Windows utility can be used to repair OST and NST archive files created from multiple versions of Outlook, including versions 2019, 2016, 2013, 2010, 2007. This utility can work with encrypted OST files as well as supported archive files of unlimited size.

The recovery process supports 2 modes: advanced and quick scan. The quick scan can be used for moderately corrupted OST files while the Advanced scan is better suited for catastrophic corruption scenarios. The tool also provides the ability to inspect the file in multiple preview modes (more than 7 views). For example, HEX mode can be used to inspect data byte by byte, while the Message Header view can be used to inspect the envelope of recovered messages, among other detailed header properties. After a successful recovery, the OST file contents can be exported to multiple formats, including OST, .eml, and .msg. Once an OST file has been successfully scanned, it can be saved and reopened. Finally, after the OST file has been restored, SysTools will render a summary report, including details on the recovery process. This report can, of course, be saved to a CSV formatted file.
