I like this free Twitch tool to recover and download all the Twitch videos and streams so I can watch offline later, really simpe to use and has a nice GUI and can also convert TS files and download the chat, you don't have to miss anything especially as Twitch seems to delete a lot of my favourite content before I've watched it
