OKMusi

OKmusi is a music and video downloader for Windows. It saves songs and music videos from YouTube, SoundCloud, Mixcloud, Jamendo, Audiomack, Bandcamp, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and, according to the developer, more than 1,000 other websites as MP3 or MP4 files for offline listening. It is not an audio editor or a music production suite: it cannot record, mix or master tracks the way digital audio workstations such as Pro Tools or Ableton Live do. Versions of OKmusi are also available for macOS and Android, and the same company runs free online tools for converting, trimming and joining audio files. The Windows version runs on Windows 11, 10 and 8, the Mac version needs macOS 10.15 or later and the Android app works on Android 5.0 or later.

Features:

Search: OKmusi has a search box at the top of the window. You can look for music by song title, artist, album or lyrics, or paste the URL of a page with a song, a video or a playlist and click the Paste URL button.

Quick start: A How to Download guide on the home screen explains the steps: search by keyword or paste a link, click the Download icon and choose the format.

Popular sites: The home screen shows shortcuts to supported sites, including YouTube, YouTube Music, SoundCloud, Mixcloud, Audiomack, Jamendo, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

Browse: A Browse section opens supported sites inside the program. You go to the site, play the music or video you want and click Download to pick the quality.

Audio quality: Songs are saved as MP3 files in 128, 192 or 320 kbps. Music videos can be saved as MP4 video, in up to 1080p or 4K where the source offers it, or converted to MP3 audio.

Playlists and batches: You can paste a whole playlist or a long list of URLs, select up to 300 tracks from the results and download them in one batch. The developer says playlists are saved up to five times faster than with other tools.

Download manager: Separate Downloading and Downloaded sections show active tasks and finished files, which are sorted into Music and Video.

Built-in player: A player bar at the bottom of the window plays downloaded songs without opening another program, with repeat, volume and playlist buttons.

Other products: The Products page links to related tools from the same developer, such as the OKmusi app for Android, the BeeConverter video and audio converter and the OsCut video editor.

Free and Pro: The program is free to download, and an Upgrade button in the window leads to a paid Pro license sold with a money-back guarantee.

Languages: The installer offers English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Swedish, Dutch and Japanese.

Fair use: Download only content you are allowed to save; subscription services such as Spotify have their own offline mode for paying users.

OKmusi lets you search for songs and save them as MP3 files in up to 320 kbps quality for offline listening.
