UnitConverter

UnitConverter is a free desktop tool from WelSimulation LLC, the developer of the WelSim finite element software, for converting engineering and scientific units. It is free for academic and commercial use and needs no activation, which makes it a handy companion for simulation and design work.

More than forty physical quantities are organised in categories such as base, common, mechanical, thermal, electrical, magnetic and fluid. Values are converted between sixteen unit systems, including SI, US engineering, CGS and several millimetre-based and British systems, so a whole set of material or load data can be switched from one system to another quickly.
