Vonage Dialer for Windows is a CRM phone software that is integrated with Salesforce.  It is used on sales teams and lets agents be more efficient and accurate with outbound phone calls using the one-click call button. This removes any chance for error on misdials and lets the team work more efficiently when utilizing outbound phone calls to gain sales traction. Vonage Dialer for Windows takes the effort out of making the call and enables the agent to focus on the conversation before the call to create a more in-depth, focused, and meaningful discussion. The one-click call button also reduces the time between calls keeping the agents on task. 

Vonage Dialer tracks, records, recommends and shows the contact status, which is key data that agents can view. With contact status, you are able to see who is available or when they will be, which allows for better planning and time management. The CRM data tracks how many calls were made at what times and for how long the calls were. This allows the agents to go back and review certain calls and see what times they are at their peak performance. It also lets management set trends and show when certain locations are “hot” or “cold”. The auto recording is another great feature to use when training new hires or developing skills.
