XCopy

Using XCopy is a simple way to prepare copy jobs as batch files. The application allows you to quickly copy large amounts of data and folder structures. To automate the process, the user can save the job as a BAT script and thus save personal time. The utility creates batch files for copied data. The generated script uses the Windows xcopy command, so it can be run again at any time or scheduled. It also simplifies repeated copying of the same folders between drives and computers.

The program interface is small and simple. The XCopy workspace is divided into two halves. The left one, Copy From, is a folder tree of the source from which you will be copying. The right side of the window, Copy To, shows the folder tree of the destination where the necessary data will be copied. Each side has an optional IP Address field for copying to or from another PC on the network. A click on Create Batch File to copy files asks for a file name and saves the BAT file. XCopy is freeware, portable and leaves no registry entries.
