Yuinotes is cool little productivity software designed to help users stay busy throughout the day. The program utilizes digital post-it notes that you can pin to your desktop screen to remind you of specific tasks and projects. This software excels in the office setting because it's environmentally friendly, and it can keep multiple people on task without needing to check up on people physically. There are a lot of different options and features that come with Yuinotes, but my favorite ones particularly are the following.

Practicing good productivity has always been a bit of a struggle for me. I am by no means a multitasker, so I like to focus on one thing at a time and move on to the next thing as quickly as possible. The only problem is that in the real world, there are deadlines, and I have limited memory. I can't remember every little task and detail that I need to fulfill unless it's life or death. That is where Yuinotes comes in for me. When something unexpected comes up, I can make a digital note and pin it to my desktop screen to ensure that I get to it. Yuinotes allows me to color code my messages in a different array of colors. I specifically use red for emergencies like normal people, and I can also change the size of the note so that it doesn't interfere with work that I might be doing on screen. In addition to colorful notes, Yuinotes also allows me to set alarms and reminders. I am always trying to keep in good shape, and sitting at a computer for several hours a day isn't good for anyone. Yuinotes allows me to set reminders to stand up and stretch every hour or so, and so far, it's been a major improvement. I think anyone can get good use out of Yuinotes. It's free and fun.

This program is compatible with Dropbox, it is seamlessly intuitive, and you can add alarm/reminders so that you never miss another meeting or event. Yuinotes is as simple as sticking a note to you computer monitor, but it leaves no clutter or mess behind.
