All CPU Meter
All CPU Meter is a free Windows desktop gadget from AddGadgets.com for monitoring the performance of your computer's processor. It sits on the desktop and provides a simple, compact display that makes it easy to keep an eye on your processor's load, showing the usage of each core, RAM usage and a live history graph.
The All CPU Meter displays easy-to-read real-time information about various aspects of the system's performance.
Features:
• Real-time monitoring of processor usage. All CPU Meter provides a real-time view of the usage of every core and thread, together with the processor name and current clock frequency.
• Usage graph. An optional graph shows recent processor and RAM activity, drawn either as a line or as a filled chart.
• Temperature alerts. With PC Meter or CoreTemp running in the background, the gadget can show core temperatures and play a sound alert when the CPU gets too hot.
• Customizable user interface. The gadget size can be adjusted up to 400 percent, and the colors of the background, text, bars and each core can be changed.
• Flyout information. Clicking the icon or title opens flyouts with details about the processor, operating system, baseboard, BIOS and computer system.
• Memory and page file usage. Besides the CPU, the gadget shows used, free and total RAM as well as page file (virtual memory) usage.
• Support for multiple processors. All CPU Meter can monitor up to two processors with 16 cores and 32 threads, so you can keep an eye on all of them at once.
• Compatibility with Windows. All CPU Meter officially supports Windows Vista, 7 and 8 as well as Windows Server 2008 and 2012; on Windows 8 and later it needs a gadget platform such as 8GadgetPack, because Microsoft removed built-in gadget support.
• Easy to use. Double-clicking the gadget background opens Task Manager or Resource Monitor, and the refresh rate can be changed in the options.
• Free. All CPU Meter is free to use; the author only asks for optional donations to support development.
• Development status. The last version, 4.7.3, was released in June 2013, so the gadget is no longer actively developed.
