Alpemix

Alpemix is a remote control software by Teknopars Bilisim that lets you connect to another computer over the Internet to control it, provide technical support, share your screen or transfer files. It runs without installation: you start the program on both computers, and your partner tells you the ID and password shown in the Wait Connection panel, which you enter in the Establish Connection panel.

Alpemix software allows users to remotely access, monitor and control their computer systems from any location.

Alpemix works behind firewalls and NAT without port forwarding: it connects peer-to-peer when possible and falls back to routing servers otherwise. Its Settings menu includes options for the screen sharing area, proxy connection, preventing sleep mode and key transmission, and the Internet menu checks the connection and shows the local IP address. Companies can keep contact lists and groups of customers, co-workers and administrators, restrict staff access, view reports on support sessions and add their own logo to the client module. Besides Windows, Alpemix is available for macOS, Linux (beta), Android and iOS, so you can also connect from a phone or tablet. The basic version is free to use, while a paid Pro licence raises limits such as the number of screen sharing viewers.
