Cab File Maker is a simple program for creating MS .CAB files. You can use WinRun or the Windows XP built-in cab extractor to extract cab files to a temporary folder.
You can also change or add new files to this folder and use the "Cab Maker" function to recompress CAB files.
For archiving, Cab File Maker uses the built-in MSDOS "MAKECAB.EXE" file and saves and imports the project into .ddf files.
