DocuFreezer is a batch document converter for Windows from fCoder Group. Its name reflects the idea of freezing a document's appearance: files are converted into formats such as PDF or images, so the layout, fonts and formatting look the same on any device and are not easily changed. It suits offices that archive, share or print large numbers of mixed files.
Converts whole folders of mixed documents into fixed, non-editable formats in one pass.
The program accepts Word, Excel and PowerPoint files, PDF, XPS, AutoCAD drawings, HTML, images and more, including files packed in ZIP, RAR or 7z archives. Files and whole folders are added by drag and drop, and the original folder structure can be kept in the output. Further options cover merging or splitting output files, OCR, watermarks, page rotation and compression.
