Easy Photo Unblur by SoftOrbits is a no-nonsense, user-friendly option for anyone who wants to improve the quality of their photos without going through the hassle of learning to use all of the tools and features present in more complex, professional programs such as Photoshop or GIMP.  While Easy Photo Unblur does not offer the breadth of editing options that more professional programs do, it does streamline the process of cleaning up your photos, allowing even the most unskilled layperson to improve the quality of old, damaged, or poorly taken photos with a minimum of technical knowledge or effort.  If you want a full-service graphics editing program, this is probably not what you're looking for, but if you want a quick, easy, low effort app that will clean up your old pictures, this is a pretty obvious choice.  The results may not be on par with what you might get from a professional editor, but it does offer a novice a way to do their own touch-ups without any hassle.

There is no paid subscription, and it is free to use as well.  Please note that there are in app purchases though, but for a free to use app, something like that should be fairly expected.
