Exif Pilot is a completely free program that allows you to edit Exif photo data. To put it more clearly, you can use this app to change or add a digital signature that contains the history of the photo, the location where it was taken, and other information that describes the photo.

The program itself has a very nice and simple user interface and supports most common image formats. By the way, you can add new photos to the Exif Pilot shell either by dragging and dropping or by using the built-in file manager. In general, a very useful program for those who are fond of photography.

- images in JPEG, PNG, TIFF, DNG, PEF, NEF, CRW and JP2 formats work;

- is used to view and edit IPTC, EXIF, EXIF GPS and XMP data;

- is able to work with RAW images;

- has a nice user interface.

Some of what I really like about Exif Pilot are features like being able to strip GPS data. If I have photos I'm trying to show to a client, gives me some peace of mind knowing that my location information will remain private.
i think that i could be a cool idea if it were executed properly. then again i feel like it could have major problems with privacy like someone changing a pictures date and time without the originals owners permission then they could use it to do whatever they want with it.
