Intelligent standby list cleaner

Intelligent Standby List Cleaner (ISLC) is a free, lightweight utility from Wagnardsoft, the developer of Display Driver Uninstaller, that monitors and clears the Windows standby memory list. Windows keeps recently used data in standby memory as a cache; on some systems this list grows so large that little free memory is left, which can cause stutters in games. ISLC was first released in 2017 to help users with such stutters on Windows 10 Creators Update and later versions, and it is still updated. The developer recommends creating a system restore point before changing its settings.
