McAfee LiveSafe is a feature-rich security suite that includes a network firewall, real-time antivirus, anti-spyware and anti-phishing modules, an anti-spam filter, a password manager and a VPN. It is designed to provide round-the-clock protection of your PC from malware and Internet threats, and one subscription covers Windows PCs, Macs, smartphones and tablets.

McAfee LiveSafe monitors applications and files on your computer in real time, and blocks or quarantines viruses and potentially malicious programs and files as needed. Together with the built-in firewall and the McAfee WebAdvisor browser protection, the program warns the user about dubious websites, possible phishing attacks and dangerous downloads while surfing the Internet. In addition, this suite is equipped with an anti-spam filter that cleans the email box from spam and dangerous messages, a vulnerability scanner that looks for missing updates, and a file shredder for permanently deleting sensitive files.

In addition, McAfee LiveSafe includes the True Key password manager with AES-256 encryption, which stores user account data securely and can generate unique and complex passwords. Earlier versions of the program also offered McAfee Personal Locker, a cloud storage with 1 GB of space protected by face and voice authentication. Subscriptions with auto-renewal include McAfee Secure VPN for protecting traffic on public Wi-Fi networks.
