Simple and effective software. Struggled to download the new update, however other friends didn't have the same issues. I found the interface to be slightly confusing and complicated compared to other instant messenger software, but I eventually got the knack of it. Overall, would recommend but other similar products on the market are generally better.

I have been using Miranda IM for quite some time now and I am quite happy with its performance. It is fast and very easy to use. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly.
