Notion is an all-in-one workspace tool. It's been designed to help individuals and teams become more organized. Within the tool, there is the ability to host notes and documents, a knowledge base, tasks, projects, and databases. This tool takes the single-workspace approach, so you only have to work with one application.

Notion can improve productivity individually and with your entire team. It's a platform that can be used throughout an entire organization, so everyone works from the same shared pages, which can be commented on and edited together in real time. Notion is available as a web app, as desktop apps for Windows and macOS, and as mobile apps; a free plan is offered, while Plus, Business and Enterprise plans add more features. The Windows desktop app adds tabs, a Command Search shortcut and push notifications, and selected pages can be made available offline.

Features:

• Notes and Docs: this feature gives you a block-based writing experience with many content types, including text, headings, images, video, code and embeds. It gives you the ability to make to-do checklists for tasks that can be marked as complete as you or your team work through each task.
• Knowledge base: this module lets you and your team collect shared knowledge into a wiki that can benefit everyone. Pages are organized in a nested hierarchy and are easy to find with the built-in search.
