It has a nice, intuitive user interface that allows you to quickly identify issues and get the information you need. I liked the ability to customize the monitoring parameters for each device, as well as the ability to export reports in multiple formats. I also appreciated the detailed logging capabilities, which allowed me to quickly identify and address any issues.
