Portable Greenshot software is a great tool for taking screenshots. It is lightweight, easy to use and fast to launch. The interface is quite intuitive and the screenshot can be taken with a single click. It can capture multiple regions of the screen and it is possible to add annotations and highlights on the screenshot. It is also possible to upload the screenshots to an external storage. In my experience, the quality of the screenshots is good and the software is responsive. The only downside I noticed is that it can be a bit tricky to save the screenshots in the desired format.
