SubDiv is an organizing application that keeps your files fully organized. The simple but effective program works by being placed in any folder that has a large number of files. The program sorts the files so that the folder is easy to navigate and even easier to locate certain files. SubDiv is extremely simple since it literally has only one actionable function which is "Sort this folder now". Once you do that, SubDiv takes care of everything else.
Features:
Organize thousands of files in under a minute.
I don't think I'm the only one that tends to have a ton of files on their computer. After a while, it takes forever to properly sort and manage those files. As someone who likes to watch movies and has at least a dozen television shows that I like to watch, I have thousands of files on my system at any given time. In most cases, I have a hard time finding certain things unless I specifically put them in a certain folder. With SubDiv I don't have to worry about where I download my files because I can sort any folder that I put the program in.
While the program is cool, I still think there is a ton of room for improvement. I'd really like to see a few more features added to make the sorting process more efficient. As of right now, the program sorts alphabetically. A few more options as file size and name would be great. I also would like to see an automated feature that automatically sorts files as they are downloaded. Other than that, I think the program is an excellent resource for those that want a reliable organizer for their systems.
