Twixtor

Twixtor - a useful plugin that works with most modern video editors, which will be primarily useful for people who edit video with slow-motion tricks or sports footage. The plugin is a specialised solution for changing the frame rate and speed of a clip. It makes it possible to create smooth slow motion where it is really needed, as well as speed up uninteresting or unimportant parts of the video. Twixtor has a lot of settings that will be useful for professional editors, including keyframeable retiming and frame rate conversion. The list of programs for which this add-on is available includes Adobe After Effects, Avid Media Composer, VEGAS Pro, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Nuke and many others. The main highlight of the plugin is the RE:Vision Effects tracking technology, which calculates the motion of each pixel and synthesizes new frames by warping and interpolating the original ones. Twixtor Pro adds tools for difficult shots, such as mattes for foreground separation and user-guided tracking. The demo version watermarks the rendered images.

The main benefit of Twixtor is its ability to expertly adjust frame rates, enabling beautiful rapid sequences and acceleration of uninteresting video parts.
