Video Combiner

Video Combiner from MP3 Toolkit is a simple tool for joining video clips into one file. Clips are added by drag and drop and placed in the desired order, and the program merges them even when they come in different formats or resolutions, such as MP4, MOV, AVI, WMV, FLV, 3GP, MPG or VOB files recorded on phones, cameras and tablets.

Resolution presets fit all clips to the largest or smallest size, to common aspect ratios such as 16:9 or 9:16, or to a custom size, and a scaling option removes black borders. The merged video can be saved as MP4, MOV, MKV, AVI, MPG, TS or VOB with a chosen bitrate, and clips without sound get a silent track so the audio stays in sync.
