WriteMonkey is an amazingly simple yet powerful text editor for Windows. It is lightweight and fast, and it has a minimalist user interface that keeps distractions to a minimum. I found it easy to use, and it had all the features I needed to write effectively. I loved the macros feature, which allowed me to quickly format my text with just a few keystrokes. It also has excellent search and replace capabilities and many other useful features. I liked the fact that it allowed me to use multiple tabs when I was working on multiple documents.
